the menu partners is a diverse food business supplying hotels, pubs and restaurants up and down the uk with whole, prepared or cooked food. within our group of businesses, we also have absolute taste, a leading event catering company, absolute taste inflight, our private jet catering business along with two farm shops, a pub and so much more.

we are looking for an operations administrator to join our busy warehouse administrative team at our exciting location in bicester.

the successful candidate will support all areas of production administration, including operational, commercial and development. you will be a strong communicator maintaining regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders. previous experience in customer service and intermediate computer skills essential. the role includes inputting and processing of orders, producing invoices and e-mailing and communicating with relevant parties.

roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

receiving and processing telephone and electronic orders from clients

assist the operations manager with support for the daily running of the warehouse operation

prepare client reports as and when required

process orders through from order receipt through to delivery - overseeing the process order journey

hours will vary on a rotational basis

handling client complaints or enquiries

assisting and communicating with the transport department

organising deliveries to clients

knowledge, skills and experience:

experience in a similar fast paced work environment

excellent computer skills including word and outlook

excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills

meticulous attention to detail

ability to work efficiently both independently and as a team

ability to prioritise work

the role works on a shift basis of which does including evening hours and weekends.

a standard weekday will be 12-9

45 hours and 5 out of 7 days.
