a leading bespoke boat-building company is looking for a skilled marine electrician to join its team. this busy and varied full time role, based on the south coast, is integral to this company s boat-building process, and the right person will have extensive experience and relevant qualifications within the industry. our client will need you to hit the ground running, assisting with the manufacturing process by installing the necessary electrical systems, as well as being on hand for maintenance and repairs, stock ordering and management, and, of course, compliance and the very highest standards in quality. you should take pride in your work, be determined to get it right first time, and be prepared to put in hours at potentially unsociable times to meet delivery goals where required. under normal circumstances, though, you ll usually work monday to thursday 7.30am to 5pm, and fridays 7.30am to 1.30pm. company benefits include a competitive salary with paid overtime, free hot drinks, an onsite tuck shop and pay incentives measured against training progress. if you re seeking a new challenge with this small but tight-knit team working on exciting projects, then get in touch
