we are a family business and are looking to start up our new burger van venture. we are looking for the right candidate to join our new and upcoming burger van from a busy location within dumbarton. the burger van will be opening soon so we would require the right candidate to have vast cooking knowledge and have up to date ideas on new food trends and quirky menu ideas. mostly breakfast items, burgers, salt n chilli chicken, loaded fries etc!
responsibilities include preparing and cooking food, food storage, keeping up to date haccp temperature control documents, serving customers etc.
a good attitude and friendly manner towards the customers are essential!
previous experience working in a kitchen would be preferred!
8 hour shifts / hours may differ! mon- sat. pay is national living wage- cash in hand + tips however we are looking for the right candidate who is reliable and can run the van in absence of owner therefore wage will increase!
