we need a customer service/ cashier for our busy chicken cottage store in canterbury. the ideal candidate should have experience in the fast food industry, the duties will include, serving customers, taking their food orders, taking payments, passing orders to kitchen team, packing the orders for take away and eat in customers, packing orders for drivers collection, and handling all the online platforms and deal with complaints time to time. cashing up the tills, and reconciling all the receipts at the end of the shift, you will also be responsible for cleaning the lobby and kitchen area as and when required. as you will be the first point of contact, so we expect you to deliver excellent customer services.
