Experienced aba tutor (part-time) - united kingdom, camberley, surrey
an experienced (part-time) aba tutor is required to support a child with an ehcp in a secondary school located in camberley, surrey asap. rate is £25 per hour. (the tutor is responsible for their own transportation arrangements and costs.)
experience in differentiating the curriculum, shadowing in a mainstream setting, working closely with salt and ot and implementing their targets are essential pre-requisites. in addition, the natural ability to be able to work closely with school staff, other aba team members and to be able to adapt and ‘think on the spot’ are also important qualities. experience of working or supporting in secondary education settings could be of added benefit.
the role also requires experience in taking data, making resources when required, together with a fun and enthusiastic approach injected into the working relationship.
2 days a week 1:1 support for term time only throughout the school day (8.30-4pm,) which is part of an established aba team providing full time 1:1 support.
