we are seeking a professional person who has 3yrs + experience in this field as this is a very demanding job that requires sound knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulatory statues.
this role would suit a confident individual who is able to take responsibility for daily operations on site.
ensure that the requirements of legislation regulations and codes of practice relating to site are adhered to
action the notification, liaising and reporting procedures to statutory authority and utility bodies when affected by daily operations
construct a safe system of works by completing risk assessment method statements and lift plans using information
identify and recommend actions taking into consideration the environmental factors and surrounding areas.
hold regular daily briefing to explain progression of planned works to all those involved.
