General help needed for stressed out property owner - united kingdom, grangetown, cardiff

i am a friendly and very busy property owner in central cardiff looking for someone to work alongside me to help me with all the various tasks i do on a daily basis. i’m moving my properties over to holiday lets so it’s a very full life i lead and i’m in need of some help. i especially need help over the next 4/5 weeks as i have a large property to sort. you would just need to be reliable, possess a positive can-do attitude with a good sense of humour. the work i do isn’t particularly highly skilled but two or more people working together would be certainly quicker than one and the various tasks are never ending

the role is varied but would typically include tasks like cleaning, carrying furniture, occasional gardening tasks, steam cleaning, clearing up after workmen, painting/touch ups, flat-pack construction etc etc. most tasks would be done working with me so you’d effectively learn on the job. i work long hours 7days a week and would welcome a suitable person to join me on a very flexible basis. you would invoice me the hours worked. the job would possibly suit a student wanting some work during the vacation, or someone working a part-time job and wanting more hours etc, or someone looking for some extra work as they have time on their hands.
