an opportunity has arisen at their northampton site to join as a production operative. they are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. it is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.

previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. it is expected that production operatives will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi skilled and flexible team.

the key responsibilities will include:

operating machines within productiongeneral manual handlingbasic computer tasksunderstanding as well as appreciation of both health & safety and quality

the ideal candidate will be:

minimum grade 4 (or equivalent) in english and mathsable to prioritise workload to achieve deadlinesa good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their ownself-motivatedhave good attention to detailgood communication skills both written and verbal

in return we are offering a basic salary from £28,818 per annum.
