domino’s pizza franchisee of 15 stores is recruiting store/shift/assistant managers for domino's pizza in balham area. this is a great opportunity to learn and excel in a retail management role. the job role main duties and responsibilities:
shift managers:
manage labour, food cost on daily basis and overheads.
manage payment systems in accordance with company-defined procedures and policies at all time with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
manage, maintain stock of all food and beverages items and ensuring that food deliveries are correctly checked, stored and entered into the computer system.
manage health & safety, security and emergency systems, staff and customer awareness system according to company policy and relevant laws.
develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company.
assist store managers in day to day running of the business.
provide reports on targets to store managers and area managers.
train and monitor store staff to ensure all standards are being met.
take pride in producing and delivering great quality domino's pizza products.
the ideal candidates:
be experienced in a similar role in a fast- paced, high volume, retail food delivery industry at manager level for at least 1 years.
excellent communication skills.
be able to demonstrate supervisory & proven leadership abilities.
willing to work minimum 35h/week including evenings & weekends.
willing to work late at night.
