a housekeeper & handyperson are required in wilmslow, cheshire (sk9).

start date: asap

salary: up to £85,000 gross per couple per annum.

hours: monday – friday 8.00am – 6.00pm

accommodation: fully furnished, 1 bedroom chalet, self-contained in secluded area away from main property. open plan kitchen/lounge. outside decked area, seating, bbq. wifi access. utility bills included; food not included.

duties:

role 1: general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, washing & ironing, making & changing beds, wardrobe management, care of fine furnishings, cooking & other duties.

role 2: maintenance of grounds, swimming pool maintenance (will be taught), gardening, sweep outside, water & care for plants, blow leaves, knowledge of electrics, chauffeuring, valeting, care for/walk the dog & other duties.

you must:

· have previous housekeeping & handyperson experience with checkable references to support your application

· hold a current dbs or be willing to undertake one

· be a driver

· be able to house & pet sit

· have good communication & organisational skills

· be happy to work in a rural location – house in 5 acres.

· have a flexible attitude

· have a clean & neat appearance

· be hard working with good attention to detail

· be fit, energetic & enthusiastic
