looking for minicab controllers for friendly office
3 year minimum previous controller experience on cab treasure is required
part time and full time night and day shifts available – 8-12 hour shifts (subject to change)
promotion opportunities available for the right candidate
main duties:
answering incoming calls and making bookings
taking and checking bookings
using cab treasure dispatch system
email correspondence
dealing with customers, drivers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
punctuality, flexibility and professionalism
computer skills
typing, spelling and good knowledge of surrounding area is advantageous
minicab taxi controller: 2 year (required)
