adecco is immediately hiring customer service representative in albuquerque, nm . hourly pay rate while working as a customer service rep is $17/hr. we are currently seeking 1st shift (8am-5pm) monday- friday.

job duties:
set up new customer accounts.
process pos and quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
create rmas and process credit upon product return.
information gathering/research on inquiries from clients to respond accurately and promptly.
maintain up to date contact and account information while building rapport with clients and reps.
continuously expand product knowledge through training.
articulate customer needs effectively to fellow representatives as well as members of management. work as a member of the team to satisfy customer needs and answer questions.
issue orders to the warehouse for processing and shipping. work directly with the warehouse to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time.
work directly with purchasing to ensure that the organization meets the product availability requirements for the customers.
work directly with accounting on credit and collections with the customer.
update and distribute sales and metric reports.
qualifications/requirements:
previous production experience is preferred
able to lift up to 50lbs
able to stand long hours
