as the erp administrator, previous experience of using an erp system is essential. currently based on a .net framework, this is being transitioned externally to a saas platform.

you will be expected to utilise the system from day one and work with the 3rd party through transitions. you must have experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate your understanding of the role of erp administrator as a fundamental member within the team.

your responsibilities

analyse and manipulate sql queries and create reports for departmentsperform go live readiness and ad-hoc system testing for new customerstest customer price list and barring setup and report any issuesassist the business in tracking product traceability using sql queries to resolve customer complaints and other business issuesrun end-to-end order to processing to ensure that new customer setup is correct and obtain the sign off for the business for go livework closely alongside colleagues to build strong working relationships with team members, customers, and suppliersmanage master data, checking on the product master setup to ensure that products are created correctly, and fault-find product setup issues for the businesscreate documentation and procedure guidelines for internal erp systems usersbe the primary contact to identify and raise system issues with the external support team, raising tickets and managing these issues to ensure that they are resolved in a timely mannerprovide system training to other operational staff and our training manager to ensure procedures are formally deliveredidentify and document system improvements that will establish efficiencies in the operation. record these changes through system change control requests on via the external support helpdeskmonitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliabilityconfirm acceptance of system changes and schedule installation of these changes with 3rd party provider and the businessdeal with day-to-day issues reported by end users and escalate where necessarythoroughly understand business practices and procedures to design, develop, and maintain automated workflow processesmanage onboarding of edi customers, liaising with suppliers and customersflexibility in all areas of the business that necessitates access to the erp system from intake to procurement, production to sales. this role requires an element of working in the production environment.this erp administrator role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: erp, administrator, it, sql, admin.
