packer job require candidates to load/unload glass into machines, load/unload glass on and off racking units, safe handling of large pieces of glass, visual quality checks, mechanically inclined, attention to detail. for instant consideration of this job title job, apply now!

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for production jobs:

1st shift hours, monday-friday: 7a-3:30p, 6a or 7a start time until 4:30p monday through thursday, fridays are usually 6a or 7a until lunch or 2:30p depending on work load.

40 hours and occasional overtime

high school diploma or equivalent

lift up to 50lbs independently or buddy lifting (if more than 50), mechanical lifting equipment available for use at employee’s discretion

ability to stand for 8 hours

reliable transportation

work well independently and in a team environment

follow verbal and written instructions

respectful of others and product

practice safe work habits

proper use of personal protective equipment

experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus

 

**weekly perfect attendance and punctuality bonus. how it will work: if employee has perfect attendance and is on time everyday for the week, we will pay them a bonus for that week and we’ll determine the bonus by taking their total hours worked and multiplying it by $2**
