Street food assistant - united kingdom, lewisham, london

we currently have a number of markets around central london and south east london. will need one or two assistants to support. we do a lunchtime monfri market in waterloo as well as weekend events. will be assisting with setting up the gazebo so some heavy lifting involved. during the shift you will be expected to prep food, serve customers, take payments, serve food and grilling meat including pork.

experience of a market stall or kitchen would be useful but can train on the job. most be able to understand menu and advise customers. would suit a studnet as we are flexible with hours. ideally looking for someone who can work sunday daytime's and a few shifts in the week.
