Senior auditor - bahrain, mahooz

An auditor is responsible for assisting in the execution of financial, compliance, and operational audits including evaluation of internal controls( external and internal audits). audits the activity of various departments and providers for compliance with plans, policies, and procedures prescribed by management. reviews assigned portions of audit programs, determines compliance with policies and procedures, recommends corrective action plans, and prepares/submits reports on the results of audits.

this is the position to work as an auditor in a bahrain based auditing firm. preferred if applicants have a valid bahrain driving license. applicants are expected to fulfill the following requirements

requirements
1. bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or other related fields or acca/ca semi-qualified
2. minimum 2 year audit experience
3. fluent in english, should be able to hold conversations and have effective oral and communication skills

skills required
1. ability to gather information by examining records
2. ability to analyze and determine the applicability of financial data
3. ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations for analyzed data
4. develop detailed reports(review of findings and identification of recommendations to correct any deficiencies and methods for improvement process) on each audit conducted
5. should be proficient in using microsoft office and google products
6. strong analysis, problem solving and decision making skills
7. ability to handle multiple assignments
