£29,835 to £32,045 + out of hours rates
an opportunity has arisen for an electrician to join a modern, rapidly expanding electrical control manufacture company, serving a wide range of commercial sectors across the uk. based in the midlands they are ideally placed for travel routes and offer a degree of flexibility with scheduled jobs. they provide a van with required tools/test equipment.
the electrician will be responsible for installing energy saving controls at customer locations. full training will be provided for controls which you will need to apply to the wide and varying equipment we install.
work will be split between our factory and customer locations throughout the uk.
the job does require travel throughout the uk with overnight stays. weekend work or callouts are not normally required.
essential skills
- 18th edition 2391 or equivalent. will consider basic/other electrical qualifications
- city & guilds 2391 inspection & testing or willing to work towards
- experience with 3 phase systems preferred
- ecs card for on-site work is desirable but not essential
- commercial electrical experience desired but not essential
- accurate record keeping and good numeracy skills.
- full driving licence
