Education and experience :

must be bachelor degree holder
must have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in hr section out of that 3 years should in educational institution.
mother tongue must be arabic and must have good communication skill in english.

duties and responsibilities:

to provide day-to-day assistance to managers
process documents such as sick leave, police report and other paper work to be considered as excused absence.
conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with uniform regulations.
deliver warnings and counsel employees with poor attendance records or behavioral issues.
guide employees for clearance procedure while leave company.
investigate excuses of later comers and issue permission slips to enter into company if required.
enquires about company housing and transportation provided.
enquires about company issues such as payroll, medical insurance and employment contract.
investigate cases of employees sickness and issue referrals to clinic as required.
provide assistance and support to staff during special events including cermonies, vip visit and other mass events.
participatye in and facilitate extra curricular activities such as sports, external trips and trainee visits.
maintain a daily log of approved and rejected documents ie, sick leave, police report and process trainee enquires about absence house.
prepare incident reports in cases where employuees violate company rules and regulations.
