our client, an independent school in maidenhead, is looking for a part time catering assistant to join their team.

in this role you will assist the cook/supervisor in the general service, preparation and clearing of food and beverages to pupils, staff and guests of the school. you will help ensure that the hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in all areas to the standard and quality required by the school, meeting the relevant health and safety criteria in accordance with regulations.

about you

the ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be skilled in catering practices.

applicants with an up to date food hygiene certificate and/or an appropriate qualification in catering will have a distinct advantage.

hours

hours of work will be 12.5 hours per week, working monday to friday between the hours of 11:30 am and 2:00 pm during term time only.

the starting rate for this post is £10.30 per hour.
