the quality inspectors role is primarily responsible for reviewing outgoing quality and line support for quality related questions. the inspectors mainly interface with manufacturing employees, and production.?
they are responsible for monitoring products received from production personnel to determine conformance to established company standards. the ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in inspection of sheet metal components.??

must be able to interpret blueprints,?gd&t.?
must be able to properly use calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other standard quality control instruments.?
operate and program keyence im’s(knowledge of other vision systems or cmm’s) is preferred but not required.??
must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal skills.?
must have basic knowledge of relevant mathematics including plane geometry?
perform visual, and dimensional inspection to standard documentation, procedures and precision measuring devices to support final inspection?
verify compliance to applicable standards and other approved documentation?
maintain files and records as required?
communicate professionally and effectively with internal customers?
working both independently and in a team environment?
processing and approving manufacturing first article inspections?
job requirements
solid work history preferred
high school diploma or ged required
ability to work in a fast paced environment
mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
detail oriented
promotes team work, cooperation and commitment to “total customer satisfaction”
good oral and written skills
ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
