as a payment processor associate you will be responsible for payment intake processing and identification of various funds received, as well as processing funds that have been rejected from various interface applications.

timely and accurate payment processing, payoff, escalated legal judgement payoff, various payment exception processing, and unapplied suspense processing.

ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment.

must have functional knowledge and capabilities working with ms office including outlook, word, and excel

must have attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines

payment intake processing

exception imaging, balancing and deposits

teller balancing

research accounts to determine appropriate cashiering processing

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for payment processor jobs:

high school diploma or ged

demonstrated behaviors of being organized, structured, and paying attention to detail

ability to understand basic cash flow and volume workflow

understanding of gse payment processing

understanding of default payment processing

 

preferred:

previous finance related experience
