tasks and responsibilities
ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment
gather and provide information quickly, accurately, and efficiently to resolve customer inquiries
demonstrate excellent follow through on assignments with customer questions including working with subject matter experts.
handle high volumes of calls (taking call after call) and multiple tasks with attention to detail
stay at the desk and on the phone with customers the entire shift, with the exception of scheduled breaks and lunch.
communicate pertinent information to upper management
follow up with customers
route phone calls and properly build phone calls through aws
must be reliable and dependable
skills and competencies
ability to use a computer in windows based environment
proficient (perform the skill without assistance) with microsoft office programs
exceptional customer service skills
communicate in a clear, pleasant and courteous understandable manner
able to actively listen to others and decipher the needs of customers and employees in the work environment.
strong interpersonal, organization and follow through skills
advanced written and verbal communication skills
ability to be flexible and adjust priorities and manage time effectively
become knowledgeable of and demonstrate a continuous improvement attitude with software, hardware and workplace environment
