qualification:

• any graduate

experience:

• minimum 3 years of experience

industry:

• signage / advertising / media production

role profile:

the candidate must have good communication skills (english, arabic, and hindi)
to assist and support sales team by handling administrative tasks, meticulously following up the quotation submitted to the customer from the inquiry stage until the quotation turns into a purchase orders.
to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintain customer complaints log and escalate it to concerned executive or management.
to ensure that all the necessary action is taken to resolve a customer's inquiry.
to contribute to quality customer service and helps the sales team to meet its targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
