a family in leatherhead, surrey (kt24) is looking for a maternity nurse for their newborn baby due on 9th january via c-section, 24/6 for the first few weeks then will go down to 24/4. they would need someone to start by the end of december or early january for 6 months.
duties include:
providing support and guidance and teaching parents how to care for their new baby
giving advice on all aspects of baby care including breast or bottle feeding, setting routines, general baby care and hygiene
making sure that mum is well rested
baby’s laundry and nursery cleanliness
sterilising and making up bottles
night feeds
position: maternity nurse

days/hours: 6 x 24 hours and then 4 x 24 hours

requirements:
current paediatric first aid
current enhanced dbs
