due to the continued success and growth of the business, we now have an exciting opportunity for a sales executive to join us and provide high level support to our sales team.

the ideal candidate will be an open, honest, and highly personable individual who thrives in providing a high level of customer service. they will have previous customer service and b2b sales experience from ideally, a trade or export background.

core responsibilities

• processing new customer orders and generating sales quotations

• collaborating with the internal and external sales team to ensure orders are processed through to completion on time and accurately

• communication via email and phone with customers to provide updates on their order(s)

• ensure customer payments are made on time

• communication with customers to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery is achieved

• provide technical / product support to customers where needed

essential skills

• previous experience of working within a b2b sales role

• previous experience of working with sales administration and order processing

• excellent communication skills

• collaborative approach to working within a team

• passionate about customer service

• strong organisation skills

desirable skills

• previous experience of working within a similar role in the export industry
