i am currently recruiting for a proven deputy manager who is looking for their first gm appointment.as a deputy manager for this company, you must be a positive ambassador, obsessed with service and with a huge passion for simply great food. you will have a great level of individualism and be able to champion the smooth running of the restaurant.you will be financially astute and be able to capably manage the financial performance of the business to maximise top line sales and bottom line profit whilst still maintaining the quality and level of service which has come to be expected.in order to be considered for this role, applicants must:
currently be at deputy management level within a quality, ideally branded, operationhave a stable and progressive career path to date and be on the upward trajectory of your career.be a passionate foody and have an almost insatiable appetite for all things gastronomic.have proven results of delivering greatness all round.be fully astute on p&ls and financial management and be able to demonstrate this through the interview process.being competent in team management and development and the management of h&s etc goes without saying.apply now!
