wages range from $16 - $18 per hour.
responsibilities of a production operator:
· ensure quality of product and packaging
· meet or exceed production goals
· maintain the manufacturing work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
· operates packaging equipment on the line
· responsible for quantity and quality of product; efficiency of the line operation, including downtime, preventative maintenance; small repairs and/or improvements to the line
· responsible for observing all quality standards on finished product, and work instructions
qualifications for production operator:
· ability to stand for 8-hour shift
· ability to lift a maximum of 40lbs
· flexible and willing to work overtime
· demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to interface with team members
