job functions / responsibilities

review, code, and process high volume vendor of invoices including working with various parties to resolve invoicing issues

reconcile vendor statements, research, and make corrections of discrepancies

interact with vendors and other outside parties to obtain pertinent information regarding vendor setup

audit employee expense reports, including review for proper documentation

preparation of journal entries and gathering of information for cross-charges to other paccar entities

participate in year-end closing activities as assigned

provide accounting support for operations

identify and implement process improvements

other duties as assigned
