we have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service advisor to join our friendly, professional team based in farnham.

as a key member of the customer service department at in-sync, you'd be a central point of contact for all our customers, providing outstanding customer service and helping to build our reputation of "customer first".

a position has become available for someone to join the team on a part-time basis (19.5 hours a week: monday - thursday, 1.30pm to 5.30pm and friday, 1.30pm to 5pm).

in this customer service advisor role, your duties would include:

promptly answering inbound calls from customerspre-empt customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methodswork effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes and log any queriesensure all calls are compliant with data protectionlisten to the client's request, confirm all data, and reassure them through use of positive languagesuggest or recommend other relevant products offered by in-sync group that clients may find beneficialresolve customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the in-sync help centreescalate any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolutionusing customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvementwe welcome applications for this customer service advisor role from candidates with skills or experience in any of the following areas: customer service, call centre, communication, contact centre, customer service executive, customer service advisor, telephony, email, customer facing, compliance, gdpr, inbound, it literate.
