we are world leaders and proud of our achievements - but to stay ahead we need the sharpest proactive administrators on our team and right now we are looking for a sales administrator with strong salesforce and sales administration experience to support our successful uk and us-based sales team.

the role:

you will be the key point of liaison between sales, marketing, and finance within the company, taking responsibility for the smooth-running of all sales administration. this will include managing and maintaining the integrity of data within our salesforce and pardot systems.

you will also be proactive in monitoring and recording progress of sales opportunities including up-sales and upgrades to ensure timely customer invoicing and recording of new licences and contractual storage / usage fees.

in addition, this sales administrator role will extend to providing admin support to marketing team initiatives.

this will be a hybrid role where you will be based from our abingdon uk offices with the option to work sometimes from home.

key responsibilities of the sales administrator:

act as the company focal point for all company sales admin mattersmaintain and update sales and customer records including current terms / services agreedproactively manage and ensure customer invoicing is 100% up to dateaccurately compile monthly sales reports and maintain/update salesforce.com and pardot dash boardsmaintain salesforce and pardot databases, including:updating data, data cleansing, and spot checking as necessarywriting programs/automations to tag data correctlycontact customers by phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing informationreceiving and processing customer orders to finance departmentthis sales administrator role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: salesforce, pardot, sales admin, finance.

essential skillstrack record in sales administration is essentialexceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsa bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferredexperience with industry software/saas technology environmentadvanced experience and skills using salesforce.com and pardot or similaradvanced knowledge of administrative recordkeepingfamiliarity with sales reports and sales recordsproficiency with word processing and spreadsheet softwareexcellent written and verbal communication skillsabout companywhat we offer:
