looking for experienced site carpenters to work on a small development of 5 luxury new build homes in guildford, surrey.
must be experienced in all aspects of carpentry including trussed roof, floor joists, 1st fix carpentry and be able to produce quality work over quantity.
also require experienced roofer able to
layout and install new roofing tiles for domestic properties
experienced with bonnet hips, valley tiles and dry ridge systems
knowledgeable of current building regulations relevant to the role
adhoc duties that are relevant to the role
own tools and transport essential
