hours - monday to friday 37.50 hours per week - 9am until 5.30pm

3 days office based / 2 days working from home

gi group are working with a market leading pioneering recycling company within europe with the expertise to recycle over 70,000 tonnes of plastic waste each year.

purpose of the role:

to support the customer service team in providing excellent customer service to our customer base, ensuring that the customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. this includes overseeing operational duties such as incoming customer enquiries, report analysis and housekeeping tasks.

* process orders in a precise and timely manner to ensure efficient management of the ship schedule , sending order confirmations, book in deliveries, chasing stock

* receiving and placing customer service calls

* following up on quotes and ensuring all are recorded in line with business process

* recording delivery issues on the system, including raising customer credit requests

* participate in new product training when required

* promotion of the products and services and to call customers to support department marketing campaigns

* experience of working within a customer service focused position

* strong communication skills
