type: full time (40 hours / week)
length: 6 months; temp to hire opportunity!
sign-on bonus: $2000!
$500 at day 30 (paid out after 30 days of being hired as a contingent worker)
$500 at day 90/time of conversion (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a full-time regular employee)
$1,000 sign on bonus paid out after 90 days of ft employment
pay: $30.00/hr.
shift/hours: monday – friday, flex schedule: anywhere from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 am start times; 8-hour shifts.

description:
perform testing using prescribed methods/work instructions
collect test data for our database then analyze data to make process decisions
assist in selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment
performs wide variety of troubleshooting to identify problems
perform machine set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance
rebuild manufacturing equipment when needed to ensure operability
requirements:
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
familiarity with test equipment preferred (digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, chart recorders)
experience in lean manufacturing, 6s and continuous improvement a plus
proficiency with ms office programs a plus (word, excel, outlook and access)
