الوصف الوظيفي • responsible for providing professional property marketing & leasing services and delivery of kpis for the managed portfolio. • handle lease negotiation for new leases, renewal, or termination. • prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source suitable tenants. • process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure their completion; update leasing reports and schedules. • handle all types of advertisements (printed or online etc) including planning & budgeting • act as the liaison and facilitate all communications between the clients and tenants • conduct regular inspections of the property and tenant’s business operations. • collate and update the prospects database. • conduct competitive market research and prepare reports • promote good customer service and landlord & tenant relationships at all times • any other roles/duties as assigned by management المهارات -3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate field in qatar. -proven experience in sales; experience as a marking/leasing. - good computer skills (ms office). -proficiency in english & arabic. -excellent verbal and written communication skills. -driving license. تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة قطر قطاع الشركة العقارات طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي المبيعات نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 3 الحد الأقصى: 5 منطقة الإقامة قطر
