£85,000 - £100,000 p.a. (depending on experience; no commission)

full-time, permanent, remote-based (uk) with regular uk-wide travel

if you have a passion for sales, irrespective of the sector, we want you to focus on this alone. that is why we have other people to scope services, develop proposals and maintain accounts. our sales people do nothing other than sell.

as a company we don't like variable pay. so, we pay all sales and business development roles a fixed salary equating to an old-fashioned ote.

our aim is to be the most trusted cyber security service provider in the world. this starts with our people. as we're growing fast, we're looking for an enthusiastic and talented person to join our sales team, with a strong focus on new clients.

reporting to the ceo, you will:

- design, implement and execute the assurance sales strategy

- ensure the marketing strategy supports the sales strategy

- be responsible for new name sales and delivery of sales targets from selling assurance service lines

- win new assurance clients from 3 main channels:

- marketing generated leads (cold to warm)

- partnerships

- self-generated (using existing crm data and own sourced)

- work closely with the marketing director, head of client services and partnership director to deliver revenue targets

- fully utilise the crm and ensure it is accurate and consistently up to date

key skills/requirements

- 10+ years hunting (cold & warm) and farming at c level from mid market to ftse 250

- confident and articulate with natural gravitas

- proven negotiator with ability to manage objections live in the moment

- tenacious, persistent and resilient to win self-generated leads

- collaborative and team-orientated to get the best out of colleagues

- commercial and motivated by growing revenues (new & existing)

- seasoned networker and brand ambassador
