Junior business development manager - united kingdom, leicester, leicestershire

as our junior business development manager, you will be working from our offices in leicester to provide high support to our account management teams, ensuring you are approaching, matching, and securing external staffing agencies to fulfil the staffing needs and solutions of our clients. you will ensure all of our care home requirements are understood by the agencies in which you on-board, continually liaising with the account management team in providing the correct information which means all requirements given by our partner clients and fulfilled by the business.

what the role requires:

- sales pipeline management

- establishing and developing a contingent resourcing new business pipeline

- onboarding agencies

- undertaking all sales presentations to prospective new clients

- responsible for delivery of monthly sales report against kpis

- ensuring maximum revenue opportunities are realised against all allocated accounts

- focus on sourcing, engaging, and building a pipeline of appointments to win business from new clients

the perfect individual: who we are looking for:

- 2+ years of working in sales

- 2+ years working in the care sector

- proven track record in sales

- can keep on going, even when it gets hard and the world is against you

- organised enough to manage an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to close

- capable of bringing software platforms to life with informative online demos

- be naturally goal-orientated and competitive; a will to succeed and win

- previous experience of selling msp, neutral vendor or rpo solutions

essential attributes:

- good understanding of the temporary staffing, interim and consultancy marketplace

- strong organisational, prioritisation skills and attention to detail

- articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships

- superb relationship building skills

- high motivation working as an individual salesperson and to be able to demonstrate this

- a confident manner and approach to present our proposition

- deliver excellence on a consistent basis, be it with people - by phone, written and in person

- ability to influence, negotiate and close objections presented by new client
