role requirements:

* general insurance experience is crucial, either within reserving, pricing or capital modelling

* strong communication skills

* ability to mentor, supervise and delegate to more junior members of the team

* proficiency with sql, sas and excel

* resq experience and a programming language would be valuable but not essential

* nearly/newly qualified would be beneficial but again, not essential
