Property management administrator - united kingdom, putney, london
the ideal candidate will have a high standard of written and spoken english, good communication skills and a professional telephone manner. the successful candidate will be well organised with an eye for detail and a willingness to cope with many varied tasks.
monday to friday (5 days per week)
20 hours - afternoons - flexible between 12pm - 6pm
main responsibilities to include:
supporting the property managers with correspondence including both mail merge and proofreading letters and sending correspondence both by post and email.
answering incoming calls to the switchboard, redirecting calls and taking messages.
monitor and process incoming email on the shared inbox and personal inbox.
liaise with contractors arranging collection and distribution of keys.
process incoming and outgoing post.
maintain client database records and contact information.
meet and greet visitors and arrange the meeting room.
maintain reception administration documents such as phone lists and user manuals.
general office duties such as replenishing office and kitchen supply stock.
good working knowledge of outlook, word and ideally mail merge and basic working knowledge of excel.
salary £23k pro rata - this is an office-based role.
