role description
the administrative assistant will be responsible for a wide range of admin tasks across the alex howard
group. the successful candidate will work alongside our office manager and head of operations but
also key members of the management team from all of our subsidiary companies. the main aim of this
role is to assist in the smooth running of our head office and support the teams where required.
● key responsibilities
specific to ohc
- reset group and reset 1-1 set up and corresponding emails to participants
- practitioner requests for samples, gp letters
- updating supplement lists, instructions in the office
- secrets to recovery management of current memberships and all enquiries
- information packs
- uploading of psychology questionnaires to internal system
- database specific tasks
- scanning, emailing test results and questionnaires to the relevant people
- franking, printing, binding when necessary
- creating letters
- holiday cover for office manager
● general admin
- coordinating the post
- distributing deliveries across ahg
- assisting office manager with tasks
- data entry
- creating tc certificates for students upon qualification
