Domestic repair technician - united states, san francisco

we partnered with the largest family owned appliance company in the world. they are a tightly run manufacturing company and produce almost every component for their appliances.

the job purpose of this role is to travel to customer location to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment utilizing factory training, service manuals and computerized tools. generally works in a customer's home but may be exposed to temperature, humidity or wetness when in transportation.

 

key responsibilities:

level and adjust equipment to include plumbing, gas and electrical connections

install and instruct customers on the proper use of equipment

organization and upkeep of company provided vehicle (tools, test equipment, computers and other company items)

complete all service calls and warranty documentation in an accurate and timely manner

 

requirements

100% local daily travel required

a valid driver's license

high school diploma or general education degree (ged)

knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills
