an exciting opportunity to work with an international education and training provider has arisen.

this company is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their digital team (it, design & marketing). a variety of projects within a small, but growing team allows for team members to be involved in many aspects of the business and make a real difference in the company.

with offices in york and slough, the company continually delivers face to face and remote tutor-led training to over ten thousand delegates per year.

the ideal candidate would have knowledge of all areas of design, with a particular focus on web design and design for print. video editing skills would also be advantageous, but not essential. a keen eye for detail and ability to design within existing brand guidelines are essential.

required skills:

- adobe indesign (high competency)

- adobe photoshop (high competency)

- adobe illustrator (high competency)

- website design (ui/ux) (no coding or html/css experience required)

- microsoft office (working knowledge)

- excellent written and verbal communication

- very good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

day to day duties will include:

- designing graphics for our website, email campaigns and social media

- updating and refreshing advertisements for publications, signage around our centres and internal marketing communications (printed and digital)

- liaising with tutors and line managers to gather information on upcoming projects

- helping other members of the digital team with day to day tasks

additional duties may include:

- ordering of supplies

- preparing for exhibitions

salary dependent on experience, training will be provided where necessary.

working hours mon-thu 8:45 to 5:30, fri 8:45 to 5:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.

role to be based at york head office: york, yo26. occasional trips to their slough branch will also be required. remote working is not available.
