prohibition’s creative team is looking for a junior graphic designer to support the design and videography leads in creating exciting and stand out content for its clients.

£18,000 - £20,000 p/a dependent on experience

in this role you will work on a variety of products and activities, such as social media assets, websites, posters, product packaging, corporate communications and video content.

you'll work to a brief agreed with an account manager and, with the support of the team, will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts for the client's objectives.

the work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

we are looking for a candidate with basic existing motion graphic skills in after effects and who is also keen to learn more about animation, videography and video editing as they progress in the role

your experience

a competent working knowledge of adobe creative suite, in particular indesign/illustrator/photoshop, bonus knowledge of adobe premier and after effects
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
experience across motion graphics, interactive video and basic audio.
a proven experience of creating ideas for video content.
experience creating for social platforms such as instagram, linkedin, youtube, and facebook
thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
collaborate with team members to launch projects
an interest in video production and learning more in this area.

time management skills - ability to support and control a multitude of activities and be able to handle multiple tasks and accounts, prioritise tasks and negotiate deadlines
proven communication skills to meet requirements of daily contact with client and internal departments and formal presentations
