  • monitor, maintain, and adjust equipment that’s used to create electronic circuits with surface mount technology (smt).
  • mount smt components onto the printed circuit boards using pick and place machines.
  • operate machines, ovens, and conveyors
  • inspecting parts on the board for quality assurance
  • maintaining all the machines and equipment on production floor as per iso standards
  • safe, clean, climate controlled environment (really!!)
  • no personal ppe required
  •  

    special requirements or call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)

  • no lifting requirements – minimum lifting
  • must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • transportation/parking information (is the client’s site accessible by public transportation? does client validate parking? does client provide reimbursement for parking? etc.)

  • “2nd” shift:  3pm-1am mon-thurs(10hr shifts until they decide if they want to break back into 3 shifts again)

  • orientation days are mon or wed 7:30am-4:30pm
  • 2 weeks mandatory training on 1st shift from 7am-3pmafter 1st day of orientation

    is ot required:

  • mandatory ot required (either 8 or 10hrs on friday). 
  • ppe/dress code: (list any ppe the candidate will need to provide. ex: steel toed shoes)

  • ppe required will be a lab coat and esd shoe cover which will be provided by plastic omnium.
