the roles and responsibilities shown below.

bachelor degree is a must for this role.
check new contract in market and contact clients and consultants.
communicate and represent company profile to new/possible clients.
discuss on new contract, analyse contract documentation, sign and return.
communicate relevant agencies to book travel itineraries for business director and employee events.
arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times.
handles expenses and billing cycles.
deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. microsoft outlook).
interaction with accountant regarding vat return, vat claim, payslips, annual statement, corporation tax and other legal accounting terms.
download monthly business bank statements in pdf and csv format and handover to accountant as per requirements.
manages staff expense requests.
maintains accurate records for employee holidays.
manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
keep up to date information of company equipment purchases and maintain list of company cost.
keeping company expenses summary up-to-date and handover to accountant on timely manner.
keep an eye on company liability insurance, car insurance, employer liability insurance and upgrade them timely manner.
discussion with sub-contractor to discuss about timeline and work done.
raise timesheet and invoices to clients on weekly/monthly basis as per contract.
attend qlik seminars and web conferences to understand current market requirements.

skills and qualifications

5+ year prior experience.
ability to work without supervision.
excellent communication and time management skills.
ability to handle confidential information.
strong record keeping skills.
ability to multitask.

technical skills

proficiency with microsoft office programs (required).
basic knowledge of handling sql, oracle database (desired).
knowledge of qlikview (qv), qlik sense (qs) (required).

front end chart (required).
back end scripting and data modelling (desired).
