we are currently looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie for a stunning restaurant and roof terrace in knightsbridge. as chef de partie you will support the kitchen team in managing your given section you will be a strong chef de partie who is passionate about food, has great organisational skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

a nordic & japanese space that is open to all. this unique setting has is set across four floors and eight spaces, and they offer various dining experiences throughout. their restaurants, cafes and bars offer everything from takeout coffee and grab-and-go gyoza through to sophisticated fine dining. inspired by japan and the nordics they use british ingredients to create global flavours.

as chef de partie you will have the following:
