Office administrator - united states, duluth

adecco is hiring immediately for an office admin in the duluth, ga area. as an office admin you will assisting the hr department with special projects and more. 

starting pay: $15-20/hr

schedule: monday - friday 8am - 5pm

requirements:

  • 2+ years related office experience
  • answers phone calls and supports visitors.
  • maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • capture employee data and maintain employee records
  • assists in purchasing supplies and creating requisitions for vendors
  • actively follow the laws, regulations and the consequences related to the field of employee administration.
  • other duties as assigned.
