adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill a recruiter position.

 

pay rate: 34.80

location: near enterprise street - indianapolis, in 46219

shift: monday-friday 9am-5pm

duration: 3 (three) months with possible extension

 

responsibilities for this recruiter position include but are not limited to:

recruiting, sourcing, schedule orientation and on-site interviews with candidates

possible on site or off-site hiring events

working closely with hr business partners and local dc leadership

some work with the ta marketing team

 

requirements for this recruiter position include but are not limited to:

high school diploma or equivalent

proficient in microsoft office suite (will heavily use excel, word, outlook)

experienced in recruiting, sourcing, scheduling multiple interviews at once

have a professional attitude towards confidentiality with candidates during interviews

familiar with ta marketing and advertising techniques
