salary: £105,000 p/annum + 25% bonus structure

i am currently working with a leading london based, insurance client that are looking for a servicenow developer to develop and maintain automation processes in production systems including servicenow and other critical business applications. you will also support the automation & innovation team in process automation, streamlining and front end / ux/ui design and optimisation.

it is essential that all applicants have experience in the financial sector.

key responsibilities

* collaborates with development, quality assurance, operations, support and

* infrastructure teams to maintain high-quality deployment artifacts as they move

* through the entire deployment pipeline

* identifies opportunities to automate operations activities that slow the delivery

* process

* designs, implements, and maintains automation toolsets for configuration

* management, infrastructure and application deployment processes

* supports the creation of architectural diagrams and design specifications to aid

* automation

* standardises change, validation, and deployment processes to reduce complexity

* work closely with process owners to provide continuous improvements and deliever

* on key initiatives

essential skills:

* expertise in servicenow development, implementation and integration

* knowledge of devops processes, sdlc and supporting toolsets including use of

* servicenow fof devops

* extensive servicenow implementation experience

* highly proficient with angular, typescript

* javascript, html, css

* proficiency with integration web technologies (e.g. xml, saml, json, soap,

* proficiency with cloud services - azure or aws

* understanding of operations processes and system administration

* understanding of network protocols and client-server communication

* proficiency with configuration management tools

* strong understanding of itsm processes along with itil

desirable:

* proficiency with devops toolsets such as kubernetes, git, jenkins, docker
