Hiring erp manager work location: sharjah • 8+ years’ experience in information technology management, 4 of which at least in a leading role. • 7+ years of related working experience in erp systems in any industry, preferably in airlines with a minimum of 5 years in implementation and support of erp applications; developing specifications for business requirements and providing user support,. • fusion implementation experience is mandatory • in-depth and detailed knowledge in user/functional environment, leading erp systems and specific software applications relating to different business units. • experience with aviation/airline industry is essential, low cost airlines is a plus. • relationship management - with complex, senior level stakeholder management, leading delivery of business it solutions, preferably working with external solution providers. • expert in planning and delivering business it solutions that serve and enable business change and transformation. • capable of managing and evaluating the customization of system configurations as per the business requirement. • interacts with all levels of staff either from the technical and/or user community, or from vendors’ support and • development side in a friendly and persuasive manner. • ability to understand different user group’s needs and translate those into workable solutions suitable for all users. • domain knowledge of airline hr processes is considered an advantage. • proven business analysis skills and experience in project management with ability to achieve successful results. apply here
