job responsibilities:
answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emailsconduct outreach phone calls and/or emailsprovide outstanding customer servicerecognize and follow call flows with scriptsresearch and review customer inquiriesresearch information using multiple systemsrelay research findings and outcomes to customersidentify and escalate appropriate issuescleary document call information and encounters in call logsrecognize and alert management of risk and trendsquickly transition from one task to anothermaintain a professional demeanorother duties as assignedjob qualifications:
